Description of Work: We did not hire her. She was asking too much for her services. We found another person who was ore reasonable and have hired her. The rating you required me to provide (see question #1 above) is not a valid rating because we did not hire her. You need to provide a "did not hire" response. My rating will reduce her overall rating, but it is not an accurate reflection of anything.

+ -1 moreLisa and her helpers are terrific. They started cleaning my house in early October and have continued to do so every two weeks. She always calls the day before service to confirm, shows up on time, completes the work in a very efficient manner, and remains professional the entire time. General housecleaning: all woodwork, baseboards, furniture, knick-knacks, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, tile floors, hardwood floors, carpets. Dusting, washing, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming, mopping throughout the house. Lisa is the best I've found and well worth the money.

+ -1 moreShe always sends an email reminder the day before (I prefer email over a phone call). She always shows up and always cleans the house well. She accommodates special requests readily. After the first couple cleanings I asked her to begin deep cleaning one room each time. She provides her own cleaning supplies; the only thing of mine she uses is the toilet brush. To get ready I make sure everything's picked up and put away. It's so nice to come home to a perfectly clean house. It smells fresh, but no overpowering scents or cleaning chemicals.
Description of Work: Lisa cleans my house (3BR, 1BA) every two weeks while I am at work.
