Brett is truly amazing. He goes above and beyond,every time. Responds very quickly. Works well with other agents. Every experience we had was awesome, both on the buying and selling side. He truly cares about his clients and wants them to feel secure and satisfied.

He was AWESOME!! He worked around our totally crazy schedules since we are from out of town. He even rescheduled a day with his wife so he could show us the 17 houses we wanted to see in one day. He is always accessible and extremely helpful. An old friend recommended him to us and we are really glad he did.

Brett did an outstanding and professional job in helping up find our new home. He was super-patient and helpful in the face of our poorly defined, complex and ever-changing requirements. He kept us fed with a steady stream of recommendations as new houses appeared on the market or a new requirement was added. He also was very quick to get us in to see houses that we ran came across on-line or drove by. Even when we were ready to give up Brett was patient and kept being helpful and never the least bit pushy. I never perceived that he was worried about his commission (although he had every right to with us) but rather than he wanted us to find the right house with which we would be happy. We really appreciated Brett's knowledge of home construction and build-quality as he could point out things to us that we would not notice, from I-beams to wainscoting. From the very first house we saw with Brett we were confident in his insights. After the sale Brett has been quite helpful with recommending people to help with fix-ups, clean-ups and repairs.

Brett was very patient and answered all of our questions with fact based information as he showed us houses and introduced us to the ins and outs of the market in the Lexington area. We looked at many houses with a range of styles in a wide variety of neighborhoods. We were looking to buy a house in Lexington, KY, in order to move there from Michigan. Brett Jackson set up a web site for us to indicate the type of houses we would like to buy. We then went to Lexington for a week-end, to visit the houses he had narrowed down for us. On the second day, he had managed to find us two perfect houses that we were willing to buy. Being foreign nationals, the financing part of the process was not easy, and Brett managed to find us a bank that was willing to give us a loan. As we were not on site, he coordinated all the inspections (home, radon, termites, etc.), and negotiated all the details with the seller. He was able to significantly reduce the price of the house, as well as obtain money and conditions for repairs. Even after closing, he still took care of house related issues, like coordinate the painting of the house as well as the HVAC cleaning. Brett Jackson has an intimate knowledge of the industry and certainly went above his way to make us happy and help us find our dream home. He made the whole process easy, and we are certain that without him, it would have been very difficult, even impossible, to buy our house.
