I needed some window repair work and called this company based on a glowing Angie's List recommendation. The company came out and gave a good estimate on a timely basis. I was pleased and scheduled for my work to be completed about a month later. A month came and went - nothing. I called the company several times and left messages - again nothing, not even a callback to say, "sorry, we can't do your repairs." I was totally left hanging. It is very difficult for me, because of my job, to schedule this kind of thing and I was very disappointed. I have never heard back from the company.

Tom came on time for to inspect the work to be done and to give me an estimate. He was very pleasant and easy to get along with. He said his work usually comes in under his estimate, and it did! He estimated $550 for labor and $200 for materials. His bill came to only $450 for labor and $131.50 for materials. He came right on time, when he promised, to do the work. The whole job was finished on time. He cleaned up materials and brush he had to cut to get to the work area. But he did not sweep up the sawdust left on the driveway. He left the trash bagged on the edge of the driveway & I had to dispose of it. Overall, I was pleased and would use his services again as well as recommend him to someone else.
