+ -1 moreAfter the price was agreed to, I felt that I was abandoned. The buyer and his agent continually came back for more concessions. Where was my agent? I felt that he thought the sale was over and the number of demands by the buyer were all relevant and should be addressed, in spite of the cost on my side of the sale. I did not feel this way and the demands did not stop until I put my foot down and said take it or leave it! Again, who was working for me?
Description of Work: Initial meeting and marketing of property were very good. The agent set up a number of appointments for perspective buyers to view the property. The property sold quickly.

After listing our home they continually kept in touch with us, monitoring the market and our home showings to come up with the best possible ideas for appealing to the buyer. When we were in a position to buy they looked at details of properties as carefully as it would seem they would if they were buying the home for themselves. We were very impressed with the character of each person we came in contact with in their office. Having bought and sold 6 homes previously as well as talking with others about their experiences we think the Hendricks real estate team is definitely a good choice.
