Description of Work: Did not show first time, had to squeeze me in at the end of the following day. The job took a long time and installers boss kept calling to ask him why it was taking so long.

Description of Work: I was very pleased. The only slip up is that they put the wrong glass on the truck for the installer. They promptly brought out the correct one. |I would hire them again. Installer very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Prompt and professional service. They are not the cheapest in town, but in my opinion they provide a quality service at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: I had glass installed in a screen door frame and had a square piece of glass (9-3/8" x 9-3/8") cut for a clock frame. After picking up the order the next day and taking it home I found that the glass for the clock frame was 9-3/4" square (even though the work order had the correct size written down), and the screen door frame had been re-sized so that it no longer fit into the door. When I called about the problems they agreed to recut the clock frame glass but all they said about the door frame was that "it should fit" and that if I wanted them to come to my house and install it there would be a $70 service fee. I agreed to pay the service fee as long as they could get the frame back into the door. They said they would send someone out that day and that they would call before they arrived. This was on a Friday and no one ever called or showed up. I called back on Monday and they agreed to send someone out that day. Someone came later in the day, but didn't call first. He recut the glass for the clock frame on the spot, but was unable to get the screen door frame back into the door. He agreed to take it back to the shop, fix it and reinstall it by the next day. I never heard from anyone the next day, so I called back again the day after that (we're up to Wednesday now). I asked for "Happy" himself this time and explained all the problems I was having, but acted as if it was business as usual and wasn't very concerned. All in all it took seven days to complete a one-day job with not so much as an apology for all the trouble.

Description of Work: I went to my basement this morning and discovered that a window was totally smashed, glass all over the place. As there is no evidence of anyone having come in the house, and if they had it would have made a racket because of wood piled beneath that window, I think it must have been caused by last night's hard wind. This is the thired time we've used this company and have been pleased with them every time.

Description of Work: I called this company last Friday and told them I have a large mirror glued to the bathroom wall that either needs to be cut down or replaced. I was told someone would come today (Tuesday) at 3 pm. Since I had seen nor heard from them, I called them at 4:30 pm and asked if they would be coming today. The young man that I spoke to seemed to have no idea that I had scheduled an appointment and asked me what type of work I had requested. After talking with someone else, he told me that Happy had had some problems with the glass cutters today and asked if I could reschedule. I replied I may call and reschedule in the morning. [What I didn't add was it would probably take me that long to find someone else to do the job.]
