Description of Work: The best thing I can say is that the installers fixed issues that we didn't know we're there. And they installed the right way rather than following what had been before. We truly appreciate conscientiousness like that.

Description of Work: Installed new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guard on entire house. Work was done within time frame promised and completed as promised. Workers were very professional and did work promised. Their product is a quality gutter system and they were very responsive to fixing minor problems months later. Highly recommend them and their price.

+ -1 moreCalled to make an appointment for an estimate. My first question was "do you do small jobs?" Was told yes indeed no job was too small. I just have a section of a fairly new gutter than overflows for some reason--I think maybe the downspout is too small or clogged. After taking all of my information and going on about his company he says we can only give you an estimate to replace the whole gutter, not repair anything...thats their policy. When I said I don't think it needs replacing since it is pretty new, he rudely said "I told you our policy is to only replace, not repair!!" Not impressed with the customer service and would never try to use again. Company also sells windows, and would not use them for that either based on this interaction.

+ -1 moreGREAT!!! The only thing I didn't like was getting the job scheduled once the shutters were received. They had a workload that the work force had trouble keeping up with which I guess proves their overall quality of work.
Description of Work: Installed 16 shutters on lower level windows AND removed and hauled away 5 old ones.
