I talked with owner 3-4 weeks ago. He promised to come repair and clean my gutters the same week. Never came. I have called back repeatedly. I left two messages requesting service and a call back. On other attempts to reach by phone, I was unable to leave a message because answering machine was full.

Called 3 times and left message to call back to get an estimate. No calls have been returned. Guess they don't need any business.

As above, estimate promised, no estimate done, no phone call to explain why. Unprofessional on phone.

I used them about four or five years ago. They were very good. They were right on time and did a very fine job. They were reasonable.

Everything was fine, I thought it might be completed in one day but they had to come back to finish, this didn't cause any problems. They were also trimming trees/removing limbs at my request and that took longer that anticipated.

They gave the lowest estimate and did the work promptly and carefully. I was expecting them to recommend new gutters, but they satisfactorily repaired the old ones, which are now in very satisfactory condition. I am glad I used this company.

We first contacted Gutter Guys in December 2010 for an estimate for some gutter repair work. After not hearing anything from them we waited until after the New Year and contacted them again. The owner came out that afternoon to look at the project and we agreed that he would send someone out to clean the gutters and give us a written report of the trouble areas. He mentioned that he had stopped by in December but had several questions for us. When I asked why he did not call us with those questions, he just paused. The workers did not arrive for several more weeks and did not call before they came (though they admitted they were suppose too). The two men left garbage bags and buckets of debris from the gutters throughout our property. When I asked them to move their truck so that I could leave, the men were rude and slow to respond. A few days later I received an invoice for the work with a note that our report would be coming soon. I paid the invoice but never received the report. I called the company several times and left several messages and none of my calls were returned. Today, I called and reached the owner and he told me that the guy he used to clean our gutters has vanished and he didn't get a report from him so he was not going to be able to provide me the report. He said that their company is backed up about 2 months and he wouldn't be able to get to us for a while so he recommended that since we need our work done soon that we go ahead and use someone else. We are remodeling an old house and have a lot of experience with workers and have never experienced such poor service or performance. Due to the bad winter weather we have been patient with Gutter Guys but we are now moving on with another company.

They were pleasant and seemed to know what they were talking about.

He seemed to do a good job. I climbed up a ladder later and looked and it looked good. My only problem was he said I needed some gutter repairs ... he gave me an estimate ... I said OK ... he said he had to check with the main guy ... then I never heard from them again which why I graded them down on overall experience.

Larry came out the very next day after I called for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in what he was telling me needed to be done. The gutters were old and some of the downspouts had been poorly placed. I felt his suggestions of what to do made sense and the price seemed fair. I had not thought about the trees that were overhanding my property and how much they were contributing to the problems and Larry said he could also do the trimming of those tress to eliminate that issue. I liked that solution much better than having to call someone else out. I did not feel the need to call for any other estimates because I felt comfortable with the pricing and felt that the work would be done well. He came on the day I requested, his associates were very competent and pleasant. A couple of finishing touches were done over the next couple of days instead of the same day, which I had not expected, but it did not create a problem at all. He even offered to redo some work that he thought I might not like due to aesthetic issues but it was so slight that even when pointed out I didn't see it - so he was very committed to being sure I was satisfied with the work. I will use him again in the spring when I do the front of the house.

Carefully done work; done promptly within promised time period; quality of work is good.

I called Gutter Guys to clean my gutters after all the leaves had fallen and because I was having a problem with rain flowing over the side of one gutter. When I made the appointment, I asked them to please call me so I could meet them at my house. Well, they never called me. They just came out and did the job. I had no idea they had been to the house. When I called him to talk about not calling me, he was very nice and actually sent 2 of the guys back out to check the gutter again.

Very responsive. I was initially dissatisfied because the technician hadn't done it exactly the way I described. I called the company, and the owner came to look at the installation. He explained why it had been done the way it was, and the explanation made sense.

I called the company to see if they did gutter repair. The serviceman said he could go out that day and then call and give me an estimate. He made the house call and gave me a reasonable estimate.. The work has not been completed yet [weather] but so far I have been pleased with the service, etc.

I called the Gutter Guys to seal my gutters as they were leaking at every corner. Larry recommended screens for my gutters ,and gave me a price. His crew came back and installed the screens ,and discovered some other minor problems that they repaired. I appreciated them taking care of these problems, and was very pleased with all their work.

She came out and spent a considerable amount of time because I didn't know if I wanted to replace the whole thing or just get the covers so she went over all of it. She showed me what the product was like and what competitor’s products were. She actually sold me about halfway through but she kept going. She was very pleasant and took all the time she felt she needed to. They negotiated a little bit. I had already given my word to someone else and I didn't want to break my word.

Came the day after I accepted his estimate; were curteous, professional. Worked quickly and cleaned up meticulously. Had to return to replacer a damaged screen over the gutter. Came the next day and got it done. I was most extremely pleased with the service they gave and their estimate was half what my first contact gave.

Larry and his guys where outstanding, excellent communications, friendly staff, outstanding work. They quoted us for what we asked, and also suggested additional tasks that either needed to be done, or could be done. All work was done quickly, and in the time frame promised, and at extremely high quality. I would highly recommend Larry Huffman and Gutter guys

They were very reasonably priced, professional, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
