+ -1 moreI stopped at the Winchester Road location later that afternoon. I told the guy behind the counter that I had called earlier and wanted a key made for my accord and handed him the key. He went to a catalog and told me that they could do a NON-remote key for $125. I told him of my conversation earlier in the day on the phone and just shrugged his shoulders and said that they could not do that. I told him that I was very specific in my questions and he just looked at me and gave me a sarcastic shrug again. He was rude and did not even want to try to help. I told him that they were providing horrible customer service and he just said, "what are you going to do." I grabbed my keys and walked out.
Description of Work: Called the locksmith to inquire about having a key made for my honda accord. I told them I wanted the remote key and knew that because of the year, that it would also have to be programmed. I was told the service was $80 total, and could be performed in about 15 minutes. I asked again twice if that was correct, because it was roughly half the price that was quoted by my dealer. He said, "absolutely" and that it could be done that day.
