Excellent job. It turns out better. I was amaze it is very shiny vehicle. They did very good job cleaning my wheels. They are excellent. I cannot believe how clean my vehicle wheels.

The guys did a great job. They took their time and did an excellent job restoring the headlights. The headlights now look brand new. I was shocked at how well they turned out. They even provided a lifetime warranty.

Car shines like new and scratches were touched up nicely. Chris Olsen, the owner, was very friendly and kept the conversation going while I waited for my car which was finished quickly. I would certainly use them again.

Went well. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up mid afternoon.

Started on the scheduled time, washed, waxed and cleaned the exterior., and delivered within the time frame quoted.

Since I purchased the car only last year, they only did the exterior and charged 125$ for that and for every 3 months, the maintenance cost only goes to half of that. It is like a membership cost. They are pretty reasonable. The customer service is great. He is very personable. You can approach him anytime. He takes time for customers.

It's been a while but they did an excellent job. The quality of work spoke for itself. They were by far the best cleaning in town. The only reason I haven't gone back is price.

I brought to these guys one of the worst interior conditions they've probably seen (spills of every imaginable nature....tried to have it detailed by another place a couple years earlier and they couldn't take out any of the cloth stains. I assumed it was just the type of material (cloth) my car had that made it a lost battle). Chris (the owner) made no promises...he was incredibly personal and gave very good front-office customer service. These guys spent a day and half on my car and they performed a miracle!!! I never thought it was POSSIBLE! I feel like I actually have a new car again. Amazing. I would use these guys again & again. They deserve every penny of what they charged me...in fact, I felt they deserved more so I left a "good" tip! I was truly shocked & so incredibly pleased. Highly recommend them!

Chris and his team are the best. I love the new car feeling Gorillashine can give to my car. I have dogs and my Volkswagen was dog hair free after a visit to Gorillashine. On my Honda, I had a scrape that i learned to live with and Gorillashine was able to buff it out with their exterior detail. I will use Gorillashine again and I will recommend them to friends.

The exterior was amazing after! Interior also excellent but my car has a few years on it and it will never look ilke new again, but close!

Some of the best work I have ever seen. They came highly recommended and we have used them numerous times. We have never been dissatisfied. The cars always look like they just came out of the showroom, every time.

I dropped off my vehicle on my way to work and picked it up on the way home (with the help of a co-worker). It went in super dirty--I have a 1/4 mile long gravel driveway--and when I picked it up, it sparkled as usual. Gorilla Shine is super responsive--you request a day online, and they usually call you to confirm the same day. They will text you a reminder of your appointment. I have used Gorillashine's quarterly maintenance program since 2011. On previous occasions when I have had trouble finding a ride, they have even driven me to work and picked me up in the afternoon. You won't find a local business that is more accommodating.

It went perfectly. I was able to drop off on Friday for detailing on Saturday. I was out of town for the weekend. They completed the service and I picked it up on Monday. It looked better than brand new.

It went perfectly. I called and made an appointment, arrived at the scheduled time, and reviewed what was to be done and the estimated time of completion. I was given a ride home. The car was ready at the estimated time and I was picked up to retrieve my car. The car looked terrific!! Everything we had discussed was done and done well. I was quite impressed!!

The owner of the shop is present on-site and discusses needs with the customer carefully. Once services are determined, the owner assigns team members to the task(s). When service completed, a team member is specifically assigned to thoroughly inspect the vehicle for any potential quality deficiencies. After the team member inspects the vehicle, the owner tells the customer that there is "one rule" - the customer must be 100% satisfied with all work done or it will be corrected. The team member(s) go with the customer to the vehicle to allow the customer to inspect the work done. In my case, all work was done to my satisfaction in a quick, courteous, and accurate manner. I initially went for an inside detail only and they did such a great job, I asked them to do the outside also. I considered the truck to be a "disaster", but they said it was no problem and had it looking like new in short order! I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to friends and I will be taking my vehicles there again.

They were friendly, did a thorough job, they were prompt and courteous. I got a deal, normally it's $95.

The only difficulty was scheduling - it seemed to be a busy week and we had originally scheduled for Monday but our appointment was inadvertently left off their calendar. When I called to find out where the valet service was, Chris apologized and rescheduled us for the next day, and gave us a free engine cleaning to make up for any inconvenience.

Called Chris the day before and he kindly worked us in the very next morning. The price was based on the relative filth level of the car interior (and ours was not great since we have a cracker-eating toddler in the back seat every day and had not even dusted the dashboard, let alone *cleaned* anything, in QUITE a while). We were able to pick the car up several hours later - the carpets were still wet, but that was because we needed the car back before it could possibly dry, which he warned us about and we agreed to. Chris was very dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic, and we were happy with the result and the cost (which in my opinion was exactly what it should have costed).
