They came out and said we needed a $50 fuse? or something. Then when they came back out the said the fuse didn't fix it and would have to replace the control panel. My wife asked how much that would be and they said $150. When we got the bill it was around $500. They charged $200 for the controller and $50 for the fuse that didn't work and the rest was labor that took maybe and hour. I may have overlooked this experience, except the same type of over billing happened about a month before when we had them replace a head. I really wanted to work with them because they help support an orphanage in Haiti. I also own a business and support charity but I try to be competitive and provide good communication about prices. I wish GoMange the best but can't support them any longer.

There is only one word for this experience...nightmare.

This was an unbelievable experience. I purchased a living social for 2 hours of their handyman services. First of all, I contacted them to confirm that the estimator was nearly 3 months after the first scheduling attempt, which was confirmed between 3-5:30, a large window. I took off work to be home. He did not come until after 7:30 that evening, with the first call being at 5:30. The "estimate" was far beyond what it would've taken me alone to do the job. The "handyman" showed up at the beginning of his window. He was a nice man, but his skill and preparation for the known job was horrific. He came in, i showed him the door, and he said okay. he went to his van and came back at least 10 times. once for a pry bar. once for a tape measure. once for a screw driver. once for a tiny level. once for his task force drill, which was essentially dead and he needed to use mine. he stripped nearly every screw. he needed my help with nearly every step of the way. and then he told us he was on our clock from the time he left his last job, which we were never told. this whole experience was ridiculous, and the amount of work accomplished almost comically minimal. the speed of movement or not was unreal. we were also never told that your "handyman" would come without the appropriate tools for the, again, known job. he used my level, my knife, my drywall saw, my drill and that was all he got to for two hours. removing a door jam and installing 8 screws with the help of two people. Also tracking 10 sets of dirty footprints through our house. what a complete waste of our time and money. incredibly unsatisfied and disappointed in this service.

What I liked about them is that like in Florida where I had a lived and had a sprinkler system they come and service the whole system every year in the fall and in the spring. They charge me for it and if they have to replace stuff they go ahead and replace it. That is being efficient. They are good.
