+ -1 moreThey banned me from making returns for one year. I'm not going to do anymore business with them. They've been doing this since the 90's. If you return more than one product they'll ban you for a year. They have one person that handles all the claims. This is something other members should be aware about. Even if you have a receipt and the item is defective they'll ban you from a year for returning anything. This is not good.

Description of Work: Checked Wifi router and found it to be defective. Replaced with a new router and gave instructions on new router.
