I think they are nationwide. The guy with the appliances was excellent. He came and made sure that they would fit into the cabinets, and he told me about rebates from different appliance companies they represent. The guy who installed it was really good. The lighting and the plumbing girls were bad. They didn't order all the plumbing things, they were shipped overnight at my cost, I had to pay $160, because she didn't follow up and order it. We wanted on the granite to be cut for our sink, which she didn't order. The lighting girl ordered the light fixture without my okay, she didn't call me or anything. She had an appointment with me, and she didn't show up. It was very unprofessional. You can get things cheaper on the web, and I was supposed to get contractor prices. I got money back from the company because of extra charges, and bad service. I had to go to the manager for that. I had to drive almost an hour to see an assistant manager to pick up things that had to be delivered.
Description of Work: I used Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. They did all lighting fixtures for me, and appliances.
