Description of Work: bad switch of some sort on heat pump replaced, parts under warrenty but not labor. amana unit under 10 years old. fh&a has always done a great job and offer a multitude of services, they have also taken care of our generator and septic system.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate. The guys doing the estimate were great and very professional. They however do not provide any pricing information. To get that they go back to their boss and he dies the cost. This is where the bad reviews come in. I never heard back from them. I read this on a couple of other reviews but still wanted to use them. I won't now.

Description of Work: The services (there were several) were performed by two technicians. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The work was completed very efficiently and the techs were professional, polite, and respectful. I was a women home alone when the services were provided and the techs did nothing that made me uncomfortable. They were so pleasant and seemed genuinely interested and enjoyed the work they were doing. Even seemed to be aware of style - as in how something should be to be nice to look at. I have found many workers who seem to have no awareness of this and just do the work however. They completely cleaned up their mess! I can't recommend them enough.
