They have been good. They come on time. They are clean. They get straight As.

The overall experience was very good. We have no complaints with them. They were very nice and did not try to overprice me. We have a contract with them and will definitely use them in the future.

The servicemen urninated and left trash in our basement. The plastic sheets to blcok the moisture were all torn up. Had to complain several times, spent hours on the phone to finally have the plastic sheets replaced. Would not recommend to others.

I had mixed results using them. On the negative side, it took six visits from five different techs before they fixed the problem. On the positive side, they were very responsive and professional (especially the office staff) and did not charge me outside of the original first visit when they replaced a few parts. They always came out when they said they would and responded immediately to my calls. However, I have doubts about some of their technicians' expertise. Time is money and I lost a couple days off work and lots of personal time while they tried to fix the problem.

I liked them because they were local and I could get it all done by one person.

Prompt, clean work and professional. They even put down carpet protection while they worked. Took them about 8 hrs and they seemed to work very efficiently. Several other contractors offered similar systems for a similar price. I primarily chose Fayette because of the 12 mos same as cash financing. A new efficient unit these days is a big financial hit so free financing is great to have as an option. I chose an Amana hybrid system and have had it now for over a year. It's very nice and when my downstairs system fails, I'll put one downstairs from Fayette H&A as well. Whoever originally installed my system for the building contractor was incompetent. When they soldered the connections for the attic unit, they didn't protect the plastic drip pan. So when the unit iced up, the pan leaked and destroyed the ceiling underneath. It was a huge mess. If you have an attic unit inspect the drip pan now to look for melt holes under the copper connections to the evaporator coils. Those idiots I'm sure are still out there putting units in all over new builds in Lexington I'm sure and if you don't look, you'll never know unless your unit ices up like mine did!

It was fine. They came out, took care of it and were quick. We didn't compare prices but any of it seems expensive. We would use them again.

Inspected my system and made wild ridiculous claims such as it was leaking toxic gas. Gave me a high estimate on replacing it. KU came out the next day and said everything was fine with my unit.

The toilet works fine now. They were kind of expensive. They were kind of a mix up when it came to their qualities. They told me that they have a program where they would check my plumbing and they made an appointment to come back and do that, and then they didn’t show up. I will probably not use their services again in the future.

Technician took apart the furnace, said he needed a part and left. A week went by, I called, technician said he was still looking for the part. A second week went by, I called the company service line, they referred me back to the technician who said the part was no longer available. I called a second company, they had the part on the truck and said it was readily available from a number of sources. (Gas Valve) Fayette Heating and Cooling tried to bill me for the service call. But billing and management canceled the charges when I told my story.

I have been using them for years. They are very responsive and very good. They are not the cheapest, but they are the most reliable. They do what they say they are going to do.

Great job! I think he was here for an hour. Wore his little protector booties every time he came in the house and was friendly to the dog and myself. Would definitely use again.

Our AC wasn't cooling. When we went to look at the unit outside, it was frozen over! We called Fayette Heating and Air at 11:00am on Sunday and a tech was at our house by 11:30! Turns out we were low on refrigerant. The tech put in 2 lbs of refrigerant and was finished by 12:30. Not only was it a Sunday, but it was also Father's Day! We had wonderful, fast service. I would definitely recommend this company.

They are very efficient. They are very good with the service that they provide. They are very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

Install and product as per estimate and promise. Had to come back to check on system function. Responded and fixed issue in less than 24 hours from call at the end of the business day.

They are actually the parent company of H2O Maestro. We have preferred customer service maintenance with them. They usually call me whenever it is time to check the vents and filters. They come out and do an annual check of all the systems and make sure that there are no potential hazards happening or leaks or whatever. If they find something during their service they fix it as part of their inspection. They are very good. I don’t have time to think about my heating. They are wonderful what they do for me. They call me. It is such a worry free thing and it is not that expensive. I don’t remember what their yearly rate is. But I know it is totally worth it to know that everything is functioning properly. They are very professional. They wear their little red bootees on. They don’t wear their shoes on when they are at my house. The last time when they came to fix something they noticed that our pet that has been living in the unit outside had been chewing at the wires. So before he did anything he came back in and told me what was going on before he even touched it. If something does happen like when we flushed the urinal it leaked down the wall. So I called them and they put it up on the top of the list for the next available plumber since we have their service. We would continue to use their service in the future.

The pricing was high. The job went very good. They responded very quickly for something that was urgent. I called in the morning and they came the same day. They fixed the problem by the end of the day. The guy who came to do the job was very nice.

It went OK. The "use again" question above should add a "maybe". They are "maybe".

They were easy to contact, had plenty of available times to come to my home, and called me when someone was on their way over. I got an appointment that worked for me within 3 days of the day I called. The technician's name was Brandon. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and had great customer service. He had the work done in about 45 minutes. He even checked the air conditioning unit without me even having to ask him to do it. He also wore little plastic booties over his shoes when he came inside so he wouldn't get the house dirty. After he was done the technician was not in a hurry, took the time to explain what he had seen and gave me advice. He told me I should probably have my system replaced soon (which I already knew since the furnace and AC are both at least 20 years old) but he did not pressure me to make a purchase at all, which I appreciated. He just gave me some ballpark estimates for different types of systems based on a replacement of what I already had. Overall, the experience was great, the price was right, and I trusted the company and the technician. I will definitely be asking this company for an official estimate once I'm ready to replace the system.

We did not use them because their price was high and we got the work done at a much lower price.

They showed up on time and were very professional. The two services techs were polite, friendly, and seemed like they knew what they were doing. Although I thought the price was a little high for the work, I am very satisfied that they did a good job and were honest.

Sales tech was very good to work with. He brought out the manager to verify his assessment of the work needed to be done. It was a bit tricky because it was a additional system in an existing home. The installers came as scheduled. They provided an electrician to do all of the electrical work. Everything in the installation went as planned. It took us about a year to get the system adjusted to how we thought it should be working. One problem was that they installed the wrong programmable thermostat so the auxiliary heat would not kick on if the temperature got too low. Another problem was that the capacity of the system is a bit too big for the space (it was the smallest available by Trane). This resulted in too much humidity in home. Finally after a couple technicians came out one finely gave us a solution which works. We found that the technicians had various levels of ability, some very experienced and others not so. We have had the system for 2 years. It is working fine.

They did have some issues but they came back out and fixed it.

They were very honest and straight forward. They were our second opinion and who we ended up going up.

They have always done a good job. Their prices are in line with competitors and give a good product.
