+ -1 moreThe initial installation and 2 service calls were very positive except for a minor issue. The unit worked from the time they left until the next year. The initial installation and service calls were prompt. Our issue is with this year only.
Description of Work: The serviceman checked for leaks inside and outside on the air conditioner as the Freon had leaked out. This was the 2nd trip for the same issue. The first was May 20, 2014, when the same repair was made for a cost of $500.00. Our air conditioner stopped cooling the last week of May 2016. Calls have been made to the company but no response was received. Finally we got a call from a secretary explaining they no longer did service calls further than 20 miles from Lexington. We have called and left messages many times. We used a different phone to make the last call and it was answered by a secretary who stated she would have the owner call us. That was 3 days ago and still no response. The company put the unit in during 2013.

Description of Work: They didn't call before they came out which they said they would so so I could put up my dogs. They were only at my house for 15 mins. and quoted me a price for the repair of $950.00 They were dirty, tattooed. very very young, and unprofessional. Their appearance was so bad I was leery to let them in my house and around my children! My thermostat had come loose and was hanging out of the drywall previous to their visit, and they NEVER checked it. I had a second repair person come out from a different company the same day after Faithful had left they found the problem was in the thermostat AFTER they spent over an hour checking everything else. Thermostat had a switch to burnout was causing a wrong signal to go to the outside unit so it was blowing hot air, New company fixed thermostat, and had Ice cold air blowing and charged me $50.00!! I was so happy I didn't have to spend $950.00 like Faithful told me I gave the new company a $25.oo tip and Im recommending them to all my friends!

Description of Work: We had a new HVAC system put in for the upstairs. This system was $1000 LESS than what we paid for a similar unit five years ago! Not only was the installer (Sean) on time, he was even early. Faithful Comfort not only met, but they also exceeded our expectations. The owner, Tex Conley, was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again if the need arose, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Faithful Comfort will also give free second opinions and or quotes if the repairs exceed the cost of a brand new system. We back all our equipment up with warranties from the factory in addition we offer one year free labor warranty. Faithful Comfort will always respond to your comfort needs within the same day of your need residential or commercial customers
