Description of Work: They did an in depth inspection of my Trane® heat pump as a second opinion. They not only confirmed that refrigerant was low, but they were able to confirm that there must be a leak in the coils of the inside unit. This is a great savings to me over the sort of testing I had been told might be necessary by another company. What's more, then made me aware that the replacement might be covered under warranty, and they assisted me in contacting the company that was providing the extended warranties for Trane®. |In other words, they have done everything possible to save me money on this necessary repair, and the repair will also save me money on my electric bills. Tom is all about saving money for the customer and providing thorough, friendly service. |

Description of Work: Central Air A/C not working for upstairs unit. Called on a Monday and scheduled for two days later. Needed replacement capacitor and fan motor (and a little recharge). Had to go with OEM motor instead of universal motor, which upped the price. Tim was a professional and did great work and got the work done in good time.
