+ -1 moreAfter a frozen pipe burst onto my laundry room, I called Emerge to see if they could repair the broken washing machine line. I'm guessing it froze from the weather, but the workers fixed the broken pipes same-day and it wasn't that expensive. While they were there, I had them look at my other "left-over" projects that another construction company just didn't complete; the other construction workers just stopped showing up one day after Thanksgiving. They were good at listening to what I wanted on the wall repair and window installation. They completed the work as promised, made sure I was happy, and most importantly...cleaned up after themselves. They were also about $300 less than everyone else AND actually showed up to do the work, which is what I was having a problem with. I plan to use them once the weather gets better on a few outside projects (wood work and concrete driveway replacement).
Description of Work: Fixed a frozen pipe that bust when the weather was bad, and I asked the workers to repair work what was completed incorrectly by my last construction team. This included repairing/replacing a window upstairs, fixing the frozen pipe, and repairing/rebuilding a large section of drywall/paint that was left unfinished.
