Description of Work: I hired them to get rid of a groundhog in front of my house. The people that came out were nice and seemed to know their job. They left a baited Hav-a-Heart (?brand?) trap. they were thoughtful enough to bait the trap with food that would not attract any of my neighbor's cats. The Fish and Wildlife require them to check the trap once a day. They removed the trap over the Memorial Day weekend, I suppose so no one would have to work over the weekend. They never touched base with me when they caome to check the trap - not when they removed it, not when they returned it (after the weekend), not when it became obvious that the groundhog was no longer using the hole. I guess it just did not like the activity around the hole.. I had to call them and request that the person who came out talk with me. She agreed with me that it looked like the groudhhog was no longer using the hole. And she was diligent in checking that the groudhog had not moved to another spot on the property. But they left the trap here - I do not know if they checked the trap or not. I finally called them to come get it when I found a racoon in it one day. I had years ago had a positive contact with Elite. I would just say that groundhog removal may not be their strong point. I would call them for termites and bugs in the future, but would probably try someone else first for critter removal.
