Freezer went out. More cost effective to replace and they were so helpful and saved money on my new freezer with their Appliance sales.

My fridge got knocked out by a power failure/surge last week. The freezer was working but the refrigerator was not getting cold air from the freezer to cool. I called E.J's and they couldn't get to me until Monday (why does stuff have to break on a weekend?!), but thankfully it's repaired and working now. Terry had the part on the truck, and within a half hour the fridge was back to normal.

Most professional and skilled repair service I have ?ever? used.. This was major work to a built-in refrigerator/freezer.

Adam was great to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issues with our washer and explained in a way that I could understand.

My dryer stopped working suddenly and according to the book and service codes, needed about $80 worth of parts that half were out of stock anywhere I looked. EJs was able to find the cause within 15 minutes and it was a simple fix, that the parts the dryer said I needed, wouldnâ t have helped. Iâ m very thankful for the quick response and great quality work! Will definitely be calling them again if the need arises.

I was fortunate enough to have the owner of EJâ s come out and fix my stove himself! My wife and I were ready to drop $1000 on the new gas stove. But luckily enough, we turned around and ended up only having to spend a couple hundred dollars on a repair job on a stove that is less than two years old. Thanks, EJâ s for saving a family of six, $800!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a repair to an existing appliance!!

I have used EJ's three separate times in the last two years it is by far the best experience I've had in my 23 years in business and as a homeowner. The attention to detail of giving us heads up texts and calls before the technician heads our way is awesome because I don't have to wait at my house all day like you do with other service companies. They not only make it convenient but it's obvious that they value integrity and character over always making money. For example the second time I had EJ's out to my home this time for a dryer they replaced a heating element and told me to clean my dryer vent that it lead to the heating element failure. Of course I got busy and forgot to call the duct cleaners and six weeks later the dryer stopped heating again. I openly admitted I was at fault for not getting the vent cleaned and said I understand if I must be charged something again for my lack of follow through. EJ sent out his lead tech the following day to repair it again and without hesitation he replaced the element again. When I went to grab my checkbook Mike explained EJ already had decided to replace the element at no cost and honor his warranty even though I openly admitted I was at fault. I insisted on paying something and he said sir pay it forward. I was absolutely blown away by the integrity from ownership to the technician.
