Done By Derek

Derek came by, and priced out our 4-5 small projects. We agreed with the estimate, and scheduled for him to do the work. He indicated that he would be available about 3 weeks later; he said that he'd call us at the start of that week with an exact date. That week came, but Derek never called, and never responded to either my or my husband's voicemails or texts. A week later, he still never responded. He just completely disappeared. Incredibly disappointing, and so incredibly unprofessional.

Derek and I had contracted for him to repair shower grout on March 6 at 4 pm. He did not show up or call with an explanation for his absence. Would not answer his phone.

We have been pleased with everything he has done.

He's done everything for us. He's done floors, back splashes, and a whole remodel on our upstairs attic - he turned it into a bedroom. He also does small jobs like insulation.

I set an appointment with Josh for an estimate for some work that I needed at my house. Josh showed up on time, was very courteous, and gave me a fair price for the work to be done. We set up an appointment for him to come back and do the work. My brother waited that morning, my brother called me at work and told me that Josh still had not showed up. So I called him to see exactly what time he would be their. Josh did not answer my call so I left a voice mail. He did not return my call. The next morning I called Josh again, another voice mail. I asked him if maybe there was some miscommunication about the dates he was suppose to work and to please call me back. He did explain to me the following week was spring break and would not be able to work that week, I was trying giving him the benefit of the doubt about the dates. But still no return phone call or explanation as to why he did not show up to my house on the date that we both decided on. I was very upset, this put me another 3-4 weeks behind on trying to get mine and my two children's house back together. It is just so hard to find someone with good work ethics. Very disappointing.

Can't recommend him any more. He is awesome. The first one I call when I need something done, no matter how big or small.

He always does an excellent job. He is very knowledgable of what he is doing. Stays on task and really goes beyond what I've ever received from any other contractor.He is also extremely trustworthy. I will continue to use him as I have in the past. I would highlyrecommend him to anyone. Another great Job Done By Derek.

We started at 10 and finished at 12...He does not waste a minute....I would use him again for any home repair..It was a great service call.He really knows his stuff and is very professional.He is also very trustworthy.
