Scott the builder was as professional as they come. He was done in a week! Kevin did a great job on the concrete and even did an additional sidewalk for me. Shannon did the electric work within hours and couldn't tell any disturbances.

Distinctive Design started the job quickly and responded right away to any concerns I had. I had a few concerns and Chris came over to look at the job himself and come up with a solution. The work inside looks better than I imagined. It is a great addition to our living space.

The contractor was very responsive to our needs (Frames, roofers, car buffers). All of the subcontractors were excellent.

The price quoted was the best we had of the contractors we spoke with. Ray, our salesperson and co-owner, was very fair with our offer. The work started in a timely manner, which was very good, as we were under a time crunch. The main carpenter on our job was punctual and hard working. He and his partner were always flexible and listened to my input. The electrician and his crew were definitely the most proffesional part of the remodeling. They did great work and their part of the job was done in a timely manner. The bathroom addition was where we encountered the biggest problems. The plumber was always late, and when they did show up, they were messy and unprofessional. Overall the job was done right, but if you hire this company, it would be best if you have the ability to constantly supervise them as they work. If I wasn't there to watch them, a lot of the remodel would have gone wrong. Keep that in mind, and you should have a good experience. For the money they are tough to beat; for the quality, you could do a lot better.

From agreement to start, 1 week. Some one was here nearly every day and took care to listen to our concerns. Each team, afforded us the opportunity for input and suggestions. All were knowledgeable about the part.

The rm was built in reasonable amt of time. The person that did the framing, roof & gutter didn't do the quality wk needed but company made right without question. The company os professional and cares about the client and definitely client is satisfied.
