+ 0 moreThe first time the plumbing issue was repaired. The second time I felt like this company did not care about its customers and the way they handled service calls was going to be standard operating procedure from now on.
Description of Work: I should have known better than to call this company again. The first time they came to perform services they did not even come close to showing up at the time they promised, and I had to call multiple times to find out when they would be coming. I waited 3 hours. I called last week to schedule for services again, and received a call at 9:09 this morning. The office support staff said " I have someone on the way." Well, 50 minutes later I had to call them to ask when aplumber would arrive. I kept getting the same answer " In a few minutes." Decided to cancel after realizing that a "few minutes" could easily turn into a few hours.
