Good design, but poor execution. Numerous delays. Poor attention to details. Expected better workmanship.

Construction went well and final product was satisfactory. was told that he would return in year to make adjustments because of settlement of construction. Many boards became loose and it took many phone calls and emails to get a response. about 6 months ago , the owner came out and replaced /added bolts to hold deck floor slats down. within 2 weeks slat began to pop up again. for past 2 months have attempted someone to come up and redo repair. last contact was about 1 month ago and it was stated someone would respond with service within 1 week. all other efforts to get an answer or service have not been responded to. this company claims to be an approved builder of trex decking. he also claims he is a+ at BBB which is no longer their rating. they do not stand behind their work and do not respond for requests for service after the sale. =

We scheduled an appointment for an estimate to repair our deck and had an appointment scheduled. An hour and fifteen minutes after our scheduled appointment time we called to see where they were as they had not arrived or called. They said they had an unexpected delivery but would come in the afternoon. We waited the rest of the afternoon for a call but it never came. Their website looks beautiful as does their work but unfortunately I don't think we'll be getting to see it for ourselves.

I called back in May and they send a guy that took measurements and told me that I will receive an estimate via email in a couple of days. More then a couple of days went by and I still did not receive any estimate from them, so I called them and the lady that I talked informed me that he was very busy and he will work on it that day and email it to me that day. Well Its July and I still do not have an estimate from them. I try calling them numerous times and I could not get anybody to answer or call me back. If that is how they do business I don’t know how they are still in business. If you say you are going to do something do it.

Started off project well...slated for 2-day job. Took an extra day that was sloppy and unfinished...they had to come back (2 weeks later, as that was "their first available") to finish putting in the screws, trim paint, etc. I admit, the finished product looks nice...but the headache getting there wasn't worthy of the price tag.

They do excellent work. The price depends on the type of materials you use and I use high end materials so it cost a lot but I was expecting that. They were very prompt. They stuck to budget. They had good designs and good recommendations. They do good work.

We are looking at other contractors on Angie's list.

Everything so far has been good. He is coming out in a few days to start work and has called to check in with us.
