Description of Work: I saw them doing an estimate across the street from me, asked if I could set up an appointment. The man said he'd come to my house after they finished with the estimate. I waited for an hour, then looked out and saw the car had left! Didn't even bother to stick a card in my door and say "sorry we didn't have time." I'd NEVER use these people.

Description of Work: They are in Versailles and I am in Anderson co. They weren't interested in even coming to see the job.

Description of Work: Dave Leonard came and inspected several of our trees and advised us that two of our Ash trees needed to be treated. He told us that next time he had someone working in the area he would have them come and treat our trees. It was about 3 weeks before the trees were treated, we thought it would be more like 1 week. They were very professional and preformed the service we requested.

Description of Work: I contacted the provider using the email provided. I explained the task and gave full contact information. I am disappointed that I got no reply after waiting more than two weeks. Professionalism requires a response, even if a task does not seem to fit your schedule. I'm scrambling now to fins a reputable tree service.

Description of Work: We hired them to trim two large maples and a pin oak. They provided a reasonable and accurate quote in a timely manner. They arrived on time and worked quickly. They gave us excellent advice on how to better care for our trees, including ones they didn't trim. Rather than just "butchering" limbs off potentially harming the trees, they were sincerely concerned with keeping our trees "happy" and healthy.

Description of Work: We had some new trees planted and wanted to have them pruned, and shaped. Mr. Leonard and his men set up a date and the time that they would arrive: All (including the boss) showed as promised. Several of these young trees were planted too deep - Leonard and his crew took care of the problem. Also, an older tree, a 60-ft street tree, was badly root-bound: My gardener, as well as his wife (she specializes in trees and shrubs) both agreed that the tree was dying and had to come out. Leonard's men used an air-gun to help the problem after some of the root system was removed. This tree seems to be thriving now. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: We used Dave Leonard Consulting Arborist to take soil samples throughout the yard to determine what plants would live where. He showed us where to move different landscaping things to keep the plants alive. He also gave us estimates on trees that we want to put in.

Description of Work: I worked with Jessie, a certified arborist. I had a pin oak tree and they needed to trim a number of limbs to protect my roof and keep the tree sustainable.
