Description of Work: They replaced Hot water heater. We had a tech named Brandon, very polite and professional. I thought I wanted a pan to be installed under the heater and brought it up to him. He brought up some valid questions. How often did I go in the basement? Not very often. SO it would really not do me any good and would infact cost more money to install a hose to the drain. I was impressed that he was honest. He could have just said yes you need it and installed it. WILL def. useagain if need service of this kind.

Description of Work: Installed tub and reworked plumbing. Told me would just be a little extra to install faucet. Ended up being 200 extra. Then spout for a picket ended up being 1/2 inch to long. When they came back out wanted to charge me for a service call to fix something that wasn't right. Also I believe when you go into people's houses you shouldn't smell like an ash tray.

Description of Work: I needed to have 3 shut off valves under my sink, which included cutting and soldering two 4 inch pieces of cooper. The service was great but price was very high after doing research on what the cost should have been, I would not use or recommend them to any friends.
