Fantastic. Tash’s company went beyond expectations and did some hidden repairs that were unknown before starting the work. The expert technicians were friendly, engaging and totally professional. I found that there was nothing they couldn’t do going beyond the deck project and answering other home repair concerns. In the end, the new deck looks great and would recommend Custom Deck Concepts for ANY homeowner projects. In fact, I’m using for at least two other home projects and know they will be done with expert care and another 5 star rating

They take pride in their work and will make sure you are satisfied right down to the tiniest detail!! I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Very pleased with my deck!

Communication was none existing. Job was left unfinished. Does not listen to the customers wants or plan. Was supposed to do 1 deck at a time so my disable mother could get in the house. That didn't happen. Put pool steps in wrong location and had to redo them. Took down 3 hand railing and only put 1 back up. Always extra charges and took all the extra wood that I paid for. Never on the job site, crew fighting with the owners dad, always parking in the yard and not the road with there personal vehicles, terrible Communication, job left unfinished, does not listen to customers wants, owner was on job site 3 times in a week, tore down both decks at 1 time and made some half made steps for a disable person to use with no hand rails to help them get in the house.

The best! Deck was built in 2 1/2 days. All materials were taken away. Couldn’t ask for better quality and service. I will definitely use again.

There were a couple of delays getting started due to rain, however, once the work was complete we were very pleased with the result.
