We have several rental properties. We have called on Cross Heating and Air on several occasions. They have always been prompt and have taken care of whatever issues we called about. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to call on them in the future.

Mr. Cross came out to diagnose my heat pump 11\13\19 and gave me a quote to do the job. He was scheduled to start 2 days later. He never came back. when I called him, he did not remember coming to my house. Not reliable. Will not recommend him.

We were selling our house in KY and needed help fixing a few things. He came out and fixed everything we needed for a reasonable price. We would reccomend his services to our friends in the Lexington, KY area.

He came out very quickly and finished super fast too. We went from hades to heaven in less than an hour. My father in law has health issues and he came out very quickly and got it all sorted out when another company told him they wouldn't come out till Tuesday. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else!

Mr. Cross serviced or AC system this morning. Since our first phone call to schedule the service two days ago until the service was finished he was always very polite and friendly. He explain the possible costs over the phone before the visit. And during the visit he was cordial, even to let me know he was a little behind and would be late, which I thought it was very thoughtful. He explained to me there my unit Central AC was working perfectly, but the drain was too clogged/dirty. So he would just clean it up and that’s all. The service was quick and very cost effective. The visit plus cleaning of the drain was only 130$. Excellent company. Thank you very much, for all the help.

My a/c was not cooling on Friday afternoon late when I came home & found the temperature at 85 upstairs. It was too late to call my normal go to HVAC company, so I submitted a request online with Home Advisor. Cross called me

Replaced a 19 year old unit. Completed work on time and everything works well. Would recommend, as the job was completed right the first time and very quickly. They understand customer service!!!
