I felt like i was being cheated. I ended up stopping the work at middle and ended up paying 2 hours of labor (he only spend 30 min in my house). He quote me for $800 to replace the fan motor. Fan motor itself cost $160, and it takes about roughly 30 min to replace one. He told me motor cost him $500 but when i asked for the receipt he denied to show me the receipt. I won't recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Cross came out on a Saturday night in the middle of the summer to investigate what was wrong with our unit. He gave me some tips over the phone and was completely respectful when I corrected some assumptions and helped with the diagnosis (was not patronizing to this lady at all!). He was prompt, efficient and thorough. At one point he even gave us a recommendation to another company if we needed someone faster for install - this company was extremely impressed with his integrity when we checked with them. He works with his son and follows the Carrier training to a T. Would happily recommend him to friends, parents and neighbors!

Price seemed good after first visit but I still had the leak. 3 weeks later Donnie came back and filled again but never called back to repair the actual leak. Cross did not want to repair but only replace my whole unit at a major cost to me. I actually had to hire another company to complete the job

Donnie and son were very knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me good advice as to an existing furnace. I was very pleased with their services and my new air conditioner is doing a superb job at keeping the house cool.

Donnie was very friendly and forthcoming when he contacted me over the phone. He did not sugar-coat potential expenses and he also explained what he was doing and why. Overall great service at a fair price (nothing is cheap with HVAC, but his prices beat others).
