Description of Work: Guys were nice & place is right across street from where I work. This is the only reason for me to return. It took them a solid month to solve my problems with my computer. I actually had 2 computers 1 was scrapped & I was sold a rebuilt computer. The other came back working slower than before. I had used them a year before & everything was great that's why I went back. It seemed like everything had fallen apart in that year. The owner was not around & didn't really have any idea what was going on when he was. But he was always friendly & wanted things to be right. Toward the end of the month things seemed to be getting better but they just couldn't seem to get it together. I will go back one more time to see if things are straightened out because of the convenience of the location.

+ -1 moreThe actual work was ok - no more viruses! He did remove a few things that I wanted to save and there have been a few glitches but other than that, I have been pleased with the work. It did take longer than promised and I had a hard time contacting anyone at the store.
Description of Work: Initially took laptop in for virus removal but ended up with new hard drive.
