+ -1 moreHe was very prompt and even came on a Saturday morning to set the trap. He and his wife who run the business were helpful and nice. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it to us.
Description of Work: We had a raccoon in our chimney. He came to set traps.

Description of Work: Marc Guilfoil came and offered me a choice: conventional "old-fashioned" trapping at $150 for initial inspection and trap set-up plus $85.00 per animal removed, or the new-fangled sonic way, which, if it succeeded, would cost $250.00, and if it didn't, would cost nothing; he would start over on the problem in the "old-fashioned" way. I opted for the new way. He climbed up to the roof and dropped something down the chimney to play dominant male raccoon noises for a few minutes. The mother came up the chimney and looked him in the face before retreating to her litter, which contained at least two babies observed by Marc. There was a lot of activity in the chimney until about 11 p. m. that night, but by the next morning they were gone. Marc kept in touch day by day thereafter and would not bill us until we were sure they were gone. They definitely were, and about a week later we got the chimney capped, as Marc had advised. The only disadvantage to this system is that the raccoons didn't leave the neighborhood; a neighbor has been trying to trap and relocate them. But I am happy with the resulting absence of raccoons in my chimney. I hope not to ever need the services of Complete Wildlife Solutions again, but I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs them.

+ -1 moreNo animal was trapped but the animal is gone and that is all we care about. I think by just having somebody messing around up at the chimney probably caused the animal not to come back. We were happy with them even though they just scared the animal away, they didn't have to trap it. I don't have anything to compare their prices to.
Description of Work: We used Complete Wildlife Solutions to trap and remove an animal that we had in our chimney.
