Description of Work: The people who replaced the siding on my house ruined the tubing that runs from the HVAC unit outside to the air handler in the attic (twice) so they needed to be replaced. Since the siding folks did not show up as promised the repair people also had to remove the siding to gain access.

They scheduled this in a timely manner, there were no hidden costs, and the technician, JR Disponette, was friendly and helpful. He even made a minor repair at no extra charge. Description of Work: My central air went out on a Friday afternoon and the weather was sweltering. I called a friend and she recommended Comfort Heating And Air. To be honest I was expecting to suffer through the weekend with our fans blowing out hot air only to have someone come out the following Monday or later. I was thrilled when they said that they would get someone out to my home within the hour. Better than that. They actually had the part that needed to be replaced and once installed the house started cooling immediately. This kind of service doesn't happen often so I give Comfort an A+++ Thanks Comfort, you Rock!

Description of Work: We recently purchased a house with a nine year old dual capacity furnace and bought a two visit maintenance package through Angie's List. When Chip came to do the fall maintenance, he discovered that the auxiliary heat kit on the air handler had to be replaced. He explained the problem in clear terms, even taking pictures to show me what needed to be done.
