They did a great job!

I had to keep them coming back because it wasn't done. It was over a period of several weeks that they completed the job. It was over 4000 and some dollars and I thought it was outrageous. The man that worked for them, works on a commission. So, I would love to talk to other homeowners that have used them before and see if it's consistent with their pricing. We just did it because it really needed to be done. It's not regular tile, it's actually natural stone. So there is a certain process that you have to perform on natural stone versus tile. I think natural stone is probably a little more difficult. I feel like, all in all, it was an okay job. It was good, not bad, but it was good. Several different people came to do the work. They came out twice and it was not up to par. Then they sent this one guy out and he was really professional. They were all professional, as far as talking and you thought they had the knowledge of it. I feel like initially, we got off on a wrong foot. The men that they brought in, they brought them in from Louisville because they were booked up in Lexington, to do this job and I had no idea they were actually bringing someone in from Louisville. But they did come and they were very professional, very nice, but I just felt like you're paying for these great big machines, they should have done better. They could have done better. But then they brought in another guy that was from Lexington and he was really really good.

It was excellent. They were very professional. They showed me all the stuff that came out. I said, "Oh my gosh, I cleaned this like several years ago." They cleaned it for me several years ago. He said they recommended it every five years, but I do mine every couple of years. I thought they did great on that. I could have got a better price somewhere else, maybe a little less expensive. I live 40 to 45 minutes from where they are located. So to drive out here and drive back, it's an hour and a half and then to do the work. So really, the price is probably not that bad. I'm wondering if that would have been the same price as if I would be in town.

They were fantastic and professional. They were on time and did what they said they're going to do. Their price is a little bit high but did give discount and I would definitely use them again.

A high degree of professionalism. They realized afterwards that they actually had not thoroughly cleaned all air returns--which I would never have known. And so they came back and finished the job without charging one cent more. I was very pleased!

The COIT service men were punctual, very courteous and professional, did an excellent job on the carpets and sofa, and did not try to push any additional services on us. I would definitely use COIT again.

We used them twice. We had them come in initially on the house that we just bought and clean the carpets. There were a couple of spots that they didn't get the first time because they had the wrong chemical so they came back out and did it the second time. We were very happy with them. We had about two thousand square feet cleaned. They were very good. They had to come back out when we were done with our construction to blow out the air duct and we were happy with that as well. They were very courteous but on the revisit they were especially courteous because they had to move around boxes and things that we had moved in. They were very gracious about coming back out because we live in a little rural area. They were no issues with them. They were extremely polite, very professional and did a good job. We were very happy.

They were thorough and I rate them highly.

My daughter met with them and said that they were very, very professional. She really liked them and they really wanted to do the job but they were twice as expensive as everybody else. We did not want to pay that much just to have air ducts cleaned. We did not use them, but we ended up hiring Al Stakelin.

I used them because I had an Angie's List coupon. Everything went well, they did a good job, and they were very prompt.

There was a urine stain on the rug and we were warned that it may not come out, and it turned out that it didn't. The rest of the rug looks great, however, and they were very friendly, on time, professional and honest.

They did a good job. They cleaned the whole house of our carpets. This is a tenet house, so when they came on a rainy day, the tenets could not move all their furniture outside. At the same time, my tenet could have told them to come out on another day, so I understand. But besides that everything was great.

It went very well. The service technician was prompt and professional. The cost of the service is dependent upon how many air ducts are in the home. When the technician arrived he went from vent to vent using a high powered vacuum to remove the dust and debris. Now, I will tell you that the COIT company makes the claim that there will be significantly less dust present in the home after the air ducts are cleaned. We did not find this to be true in our case. So, please keep this in mind if your motivation to use them is solely based on that aspect.

It worked out very well. I have no complaints for them. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and even did a little extra.

They did a great job for us. I called them at the last minute and they came right away and gave me an estimate and went right to work. I will call them again in the future.

I was happy with them. They broke a lamp and I was not too happy about that. However, they paid me for it, but it was in a set and I could not find the match for it. They did send me a cheque. I was satisfied with the cleaning they did. I will surely use them in the future.

We saw COIT's newspaper ad for 50% off. Called on Jan 2, 2012 (this was the New Year's Day holiday Monday) and talked to answering service. Set up technician appt for estimate on Tuesday Jan 3rd, after 12:00 noon. Technician called at 11:15 AM, was enroute and would arrive around noon... which he did. He explained that the cleaning charge is based on the number of register and return outlets (regular price $35.00 each, 50% off price $17.50 each), plus the return plenum (regular price $100.00, 50% off price $50.00), plus $15.00 service charge (fuel surcharge)... and optional furnace coil cleaning (regular price $150.00, 50% off price $75.00). Although I think $35.00 per outlet and $100.00 for plenum is a bit high (I think $20-$25.00 and $75.00 would be more reasonable), the 50% off made it more attractive so we agreed (12 registers, 4 returns, and plenum only... not the coils) and scheduled to have it done the same day (although within the next day or 2 would have been OK). Richard and Vincent arrived around 2:45 PM. They were very professional and personable. They explained the process, unloaded the vacuum unit and hoses, and set to work. They were careful and conscientious and cleaned up any messes made. It took them about 2 1/2 hours start to finish. Would I use them again? Yes... but not for the and quot;regularand quot; price. This would have cost us $675.00 without the 50% discount... much more than I'd be willing to pay for this service.

They are good. I thought that did an exceptional job. My overall experience is great. They are really great. They are just excellent all around. I would use them in the future.

The technician was very thorough, polite and worked very hard to get the funiture completely clean. Its appearance is a vast improvement over its condition after a move.

Both the gentleman who provided the estimate and the two men who actually provided the work arrived in a timely manner. It was obvious that they wanted and appreciated my business. It took three hours to complete the work and I believe the job was very through. They showed me the filters as they changed them in the machine and very very friendly throughout. We recently moved to this older home and it was obvious that the ducts had never been cleaned. The downside:I didn't get other quotes so this may not be fair but it was more expensive than I anticipated. They cleaned up fairly well, but would have appreciated a little more, especially in the basement. Lastly, the machine blew the circuit on the outlet they originally were using to run the machine and didn't say anything to me, just moved to another outlet. I'm happy with the nice clean air ducts however and would consider using them again for other services.

They did a good job. they were real professional, clean. They were very conscientious about keeping the house the way they found it. I think it helped, I really do.
