The person was punctual arriving on time. The roof inspector went onto roof for maybe 10 minutes and then came back down. The roof Inspector said I had quite a few roof shingles with nail pops, and other small issue. He said he sealed up the nail pops and the areas which needed a little sealing. He talked quite a bit about if I ever needed a roof replacement give them a call. It seemed like he was more interested in finding damages on my roof which would give his company a large job of a possible roof replacement. I never received a detailed list of exactly what he found and sealed. I sent an email to Cochran Exteriors LLC back in April-25 asking for a detailed inspection report on my roof. I have had my roof inspected once a year for the past 6 years and I always demanded and received a detailed roof Inspection report detailing exactly what issues they found and what areas they had to make small repairs to. Later, I received a reply from someone at their company stating someone would get back in touch with me as soon as possible. It is now June 9 2016 and no one from this company has contacted me offering me my detailed inspection report for my records. This is not very professional and would not pay for their services again.

Cochran visited my house several times prior to the roof replacement. They provided a reasonable lead time to start the job and completed the entire room on-time. Cochran also ensured all additional debris was removed from the job and even came back for a walk-through for complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for future projects.

I was very impressed with Cochran Exteriors. They were easy to contact and schedule with and immensely informative. A full roof replacement was recommended. They provided me with details on shingles and the ownens corning roofing system. They spent over an hour answering the abundance of questions that I had. They also recommended adding insulation in my attic. I generally get at least two opinions and estimates on work. My second concurred with their opinions. I went with my second estimate because it did save me about $800. However, I do not feel that Cochran was overpriced in their estimate at all. They did include a slightly better warranty. I had a hard time deciding between providers on this one because I was lucky in finding two great companies with almost the exact same product (owens corning). I will keep this company in mind for the future and do recommend them for anyone that doesn't know much about roofing. They will take the time to walk you through everything.

He went around and did repairs on my roof. He told me the condition of my roof and what work I would need to have done in the future. He was very informative of things I didn't know. I think he did good work.

Installed roof. Had a couple immediate issues and we thought they had fixed them but after heavy rains we found out there was an issue with our gutters, Water was not flowing in them--it was flowing over them and down the siding. We called several times before they finally came out to fix this but after supposedly fixing it for the 3rd time the repairman said we needed new gutters to repair the problem. This was not happening until the roofing job was done. I feel they misled us with the original estimate and damaged the gutters while doing the job. I would NOT recommend this company.

they first came out to inspect the roof, I had a shingle that was out of place and wanted to know where it came from and if anymore damage was up there. The roof is good, I know because I had work done on it last season, installed box vents. I also had a credit of $100 from buying this "Big Deal" on angie's list. Not that big of a deal since all I wanted was to get about 12 feet of gutter guard installed. Mine was a small job, so instead of giving me a good price, they inflated the price so much that it wouldn't make me want to hire them for the work. Really, they quoted me 420 for the work, bear in mind its just to install 12 feet of that gutter guard you can buy at lower, home depot for really cheap, minus the so called $100 credit, thats 320 out of pocket. These companies, mine was Cochran, look to hook you on the "big deal" because you usually have much more repair work than installing 12 feet of gutter screening. They got back to me with the quote after I had to call twice for it. I was just not worth it to them to come back because I was a small job. I can tell you that if I have hail damage, and have to replace my roof, I will remember this outrageous price quote for installing 12 feet of gutter screen and not hire Cochran. Also, these guys did not have the proper ladder to use on a slope, they had to borrow mine which was self leveling ladder. This is a roofing company that goes up onto roofs, not having a self leveling ladder, kinda weird. I already have told all my neighbors not to do business with these companies on the "big deal."

Showed up when they said they would, did their job, and cleaned up after themselves, making sure all debris was removed from property. Let me know when they were done, and told me if I had any questions to please contact them, and they would take care of any problems that I had. I haven't had any problems with their work or in the way that they left my property. Very good workmanship, and all employees that I met were gentlemen.
