Description of Work: My furnace went out in coldest days of winter in February. I called and a guy came and left after doing nothing. Next day, I was waiting for a return visit, and no one was showing up. So the initial visit was not good. After speaking to the manager, he asked for opportunity to correct the problems. I agreed. He came out, started the furnace, left me a space heater to get things heating up right away. Finding a part I needed was tricky, I had to pay extra for it to be delivered, once it arrived next day sent Dave out and he did an excellent job of taking care of me and explaining what he was doing and why when I asked questions.
