They showed up after 8 a.m. Finished just about 5 p.m. and replaced all 15 windows in my home, and they look great.

Jim explained what he was going to do before he started and consulted me about any change he needed to make as e went along. The crew was courteous and paid attention to detail and did a wonderful job.

Installation was very professionally completed by Jim and Jacob. Jim called me day prior to commencement of task. Old siding was removed, disposed of with no mess left. Was informed as to exactly what was to be done, materials to be used and rough time frame. Entire procedure was completed in four work days. No remnants were left on lawn nor were any nails. Jim and Jacob were VERY professional, competent and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend Champion Windows if all their employees are as devoted to quality work!

From sales to installation the process was near-flawless. The $10,000 price tag caught us by surprise, but the quality of the windows and end result were well worth it. Our home was built in the 1960s, and contained the original windows -- so our windows were approximately 50 years old. While there was nothing functionally deficient with the windows, we noticed that the living room (at the front of the house) and our daughter's room (at the back of the house) were almost always 10-15 degrees cooler or hotter (depending on the season) than the rest of the house. Upon contacting Champion Window of Lexington, we scheduled a consult with a salesperson who went above an beyond our expectations. We were able to get the windows financed and only paid $1,600 out of pocket (once the windows were installed). After installation of the Champion windows there is a noticeable difference in not only the consistency of the temperature throughout our home, but on our electricity usage as well. We also own a Nest thermostat and noticed that our home uses 1-2 hours LESS heat/air conditioning per day since the Champion windows were installed. Aesthetically, our home looks 30+ years newer while still maintaining the 1960s character that we fell in love with. I can't say enough positive things about the product, sales team, or the installers. I would highly recommend Champion Window of Lexington to anyone.

It was fine. What stands out is their completion of project like start to finish. They did really well with all of that and they came out pretty quick to give an estimate. There wasn't really no haggling which is kind of nice and they have a pretty good price.

The initial installation went very well, the crew showed up on time and did a very efficient job of installing the new door. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away all the scrap. I was very well pleased with the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the work preformed. I contacted the company after about 22 months due to an air leak on the door and was informed that they would come out and check it. No one ever showed up to check on or correct the problem, after a couple months I called again and was told that after 24 months that there would be a $70 dollar service fee charged to come out and fix the problem. The reason I went with Champion over other companies even though the price was considerably higher was due to their lifetime warranty they talked about at the time of the sale, however they neglect to mention that there is large service fees each time they come out after 24 months, although, as they pointed out to me, if you read the fine print it. is listed in their warranty. Current plans for my home include replacement windows and a new sunroom, so I am glad that I found out how poor the Champion warranty actually is before I did any more business with them.

New wood look entry door with sidelight. Maintenance free soffits, fascia, gable vents and leafless gutters. Supplies for maintenance free soffits, fascia, gable vents and the leafless gutters was to be dropped off Monday evening (7/14/14) by Champion personnel. Found subcontractors for Champion walking on roof and around house at 8:30 AM Monday morning. (Day early). Called Champion. Yes they are the authorized subcontractors, yes the supplies would be dropped off that evening, for work to commence Tuesday. Supplies dropped off and subcontractors back Tuesday to start work. Took 2.5 days as estimated by Champion. Clean up of nails, screws, cutoff pieces of siding/soffits not the best. Found estimated 15 nails & screws plus cut off pieces of vinyl trim and aluminum gutters in flowerbeds and another 15 screws/nails on driveway. Very satisfied with work, except for one corner. However, the leafless gutters were not truly leafless. They were regular gutters with mesh guards. This would have been acceptable except I had been very specific that the guards had to be a mesh/screen combination. Maple seeds fit perfectly into the (elongated diamond) mesh holes unless there is screen on top. Subcontractors had installed aluminum mesh guards and were in process of finishing up when I saw what they had installed. They could not do anything as that was what Champion had supplied them. Called Champion and they came out. I showed them what I had on part of the house previously. They ended up purchasing a similar product (round holes in mesh, covered by screen) in the proper color. On July 29 Champion removed the aluminum mesh guards and installed the new mesh/screen vinyl guards and installed the interior door trim and brass slipover on the entry door. They also repaired the one corner where the fascia trim was not quite right. Everything complete

The crew was right on time very professional doing their jobs they were very nice cleaned up after wards. Love my windows.

The is the third time I have used Champion. They have replaced all but garage windows and three exterior doors. They will do all future work!

Everything went well. The installation was done in the timeframe specified and was done quickly. Cleanup was great and we are very pleased.

My Champion windows were already in place when I bought the house. I called and had the "lifetime warranty" changed into my name when I moved in. After the recent belwo zero temperatures, I noted a large crack in my picture window. I called Champion and was told that there would be a $75 service charge, but the rest of the cost to replace the window would be covered by the warranty. The next day someone from Champion called and told me that the previous information given to me was wrong and that in fact my window was not covered. The "lifetime warranty" only applied to the original owner and that it was going to cost $391 to replace the window. The same window that cracked under extreme cold temperatures.

They had to remeasure my windows 4 times, couldn't remember the style I wanted numerous times. They rescheduled over 4 times. It was pretty bad, they dropped the window when unloaded. They cut the holes too big for the windows, they just filled the gaps with foam, they butchered my house. My patio door wasn't even fit right. They came back three times to fix the issues, it just kept getting worse and worse. They didn't even put insulation around my windows, they ruined my siding and they refuse to acknowledge the issue. I had called the manager and started to complain and he cut me off and said that is how they do the install and every one does window install differently, but thats just how Champion does it. I had contacted the Attorney General and they stated that they can only suggest for Champion to fix the problems. So I spoke with an private attorney to look into this matter and realized that they cut into the header of my home. The only way to check if they cut into the header I would have to tear out the whole wall. There is a 4" white border going around the new windows to cover up the gaps from cutting too large of a hole. There is green and brown all around my doors, it was soft and tacky filler to seal the windows.

Sales guy was great, helpful not too pushy. Installation began in a timely manner, but numerous things less than professional quality. Did not get installation quality equal to product quality. Not happy with followup service.

I requested Champion come give an estimate on replacing my house's siding. They were professional in appearance and punctual. Their price was on the high side, but I would still call it fair. However, I declined to do business with them due to the attitude of the salesman. He was extremely pushy, offering all kinds of savings if I made a deal that night. I could still get more savings, but only if I gave him an answer by the end of the month and by the way that means next week because "I'm going to the Caribbean with my wife and I need to get this settled before then." He called me a few days later at work and started in with the sales pressure, which is when I told him thanks but no thanks. I have no information about their installation or product quality, but the sales tactics turned me off completely.

They showed up and did their presentation. They started with the top of the line, which was too expensive. We actually took their "standard" windows. The patio door is a more secured style door than we thought it would be, with "in-blinds". They showed up a couple weeks later and did the measurements. They worked with us on our comfort level to accomdate our schedule and needs better. Within two hours the windows and door was out and everything was back in by a team of four individuals. They put insulation around the windows. They worked 10-6 on Saturday to do the trim work and ensured they were secure. He was extremely professional while he was here and a very hard worker. They went above and beyond and the finished product is amazing. It has already saved them $100/month on their utility bills. We have been able to lower the temperature in the house a couple of degrees and it's been a huge savings! Every window had our name on it with the proper sizing. It made me very happy to see that every window was ours and wasn't a second or mis-send. We are very happy, impressed and satisfied.

Champion representatives provided friendly consultation and planning services for the high-quality installation of our patio room, and the financing process has been hassle-free from the beginning. Everyone involved provided courteous and professional service at all times, and we definitely will contact Champion in the future for any window, siding, or other exterior services!

Their windows are excellent but the price is a little high. The price is a little below average. They are pretty good in service and quality.

I called Champion for an estimate to replace three windows. They sent a salesman to my home who brought a replicate of the windows available. He demonstrated the workings of the window and explained exactly what I would get with the windows. He then gave me the price and told me another person would come to make sure measurements were accurate. A week later they did measure the windows and gave me the tentative date for delivering the new windows. The paint around my old windows was also tested for iron. Finding no iron, there was no charge since treatment was not necessary. The new windows were delivered and installed in approximately 4 weeks.

The guys, arrived on time, worked very good on making windows and doors fit property and matching other windows. Cleaned up and hauled old windows and doors away. They were very professional!!
