Mike Lewis came to give me a window estimate today.......I was so impressed with the way he explained everything to me....with ease, I purchased 16 windows and even bought a patio door. No pressure.....he is truly ment to leave you at ease! Outstanding job and I would recomend his to anyone! GREAT JOB. Thank you for all of your help.....

I had an excellent meeting with the local factory representative, which provided details of product options, and thoroughly explained the project plan. I viewed my job as pretty big, with the complete removal of old cedar siding, then the vinal replacement, and the house is 3-stories high. I was amazed the job was completed in 5 days, with excellent cleanup and removal of all old materials. I am very pleased with the results, and I'm already noticing the improvement of heating costs due to the insulated siding.

I was warned by 2 friends ( who used Champion) not to use them. I went ahead, our old contractor retired. Built last sunroom, an absolute delight, never problem. Perfect for 15 years then moved. He was local, the only way to go, with perfect work ethics quality, sold, never a need for advertising. Champion, spend millions, on television commercials, they use flyers that are where your money goes, not in the quality or honesty. Our sunroom built almost 2 years ago, had nothing but problems. I have posted pictures of severe issues, puddles of water, leaks, severe mold, and algae growing all over the walls, ceiling, and furniture. My calls have not returned, several men have quit their jobs. If you call the number for Champion, it is a national number, never local, have to go through the story a dozen times before reaching the right person. A major headache. Today again, in the sunroom wiping mold and algae off wood furniture. We have had to roll up carpeting, water damage. Husband had major heart surgery 4 months ago, in ICU, and he cannot even enjoy his own sunroom that he paid thousands and thousands of $$$$ for, due to the water, mold, and algae growth. Champion, TRULY DOES NOT CARE for customers, they have never, ever once called us how things were to make sure things were okay, now I know why. I should have taken both my friend's advice as the day was supposed to show up, after signing the contract they never showed. A couple of days went by and I finally called. They said they would not come out until they got more money from us. First red flag. More followed. Did not have the common decency to call us, just decided not to show. Poor business ethics! If this happened to the CEO or president of Champion, it would be fixed the next day! Husband has another surgery in Feb, be nice if he could finally enjoy what he worked so hard for. I am still living with mold, algae, leaks, puddles. One could eat her loss, (with horse farm), had hers TORN DOWN, rebuilt with a local. Hates Champion!!

It's been 2 months since I signed a contract and wrote a c heck. I can't get anyone to return a call and have no idea when the windows might be installed.

Our salesperson gave an amazing presentation - the problem was, we did not actually get what we were told we were buying - no amazing glass with the ability to keep the room temperature low. What a joke! Brian was the guy who came into our home and totally lied about the product Champion makes. We have been told now that the amazing glass actually exists, but it only goes in their most expensive all-season room. I am totally skeptical this is true. We could have avoided all this ridiculousness if Brian had just been honest. I asked several times during the presentation and negotiation of the price if this superior product was what we d be getting in our sunroom. I lied to multiple times that it indeed was. The room was built and we discovered we d wasted thousands of dollars on something we are going to have to put thousands more into to be able to use more than 2 seasons of the year, it is a 3 season room. You will hear, We will do whatever it takes to make sure you love your room and We want you to be happy, this is all crap when you bring to their attention the false advertising and flat out lies you bought into. You re just left with the room that did not at all meet the expectation of what you are told during the sales pitch. Even getting the construction manager s supervisor s supervisor s contact info, but he will not call you back. Do not buy from this company We feel very taken advantage of and duped. Our dream of an outdoor space turned into a huge nightmare - one we ll spend several years paying for. This is buyer s remorse ten times over.

I had my new window replacements completed last November 2018. So I ve gone through one winter, Spring and almost completed Summer! Love them!!! What I liked the best was the demonstration oh wow! But even more maybe is that they only sell one window! The other two companies have good better and best. Who knew when Champion came over they were going to give me a price quote of the other companies best!!! Love my windows!

The salesman was knowledgeable, brought samples and did his demonstration without being pushy. He was courteous and helped us get the best deal and financing. The guy that took the measurements was great too! We’re waiting for our windows to come in and be installed. I have no doub that will be a good experience too. It’s a great product.
