Description of Work: Installed sump pump in basement crawl space, trenched around all 4 walls, filled in low corner area, sloped outside drainage area into French drains. |Brock was excellent in initial contact and in final follow-up as were all the office contacts and the worker "bees". Brandon, as the foreman on the job site was excellent in every way. Kudos to all at Champion Waterproofing.

Description of Work: Put drain pipe around the crawlspace, covered it with pea gravel. Connected pipe to existing sump and added 2 more sumps. Covered floor with plastic sheeting.

+ -1 moreThey came out for an estimate on time and were fairly easy to get in touch with. The price was very competitive and dealt with all of our concerns. It was easy to schedule a time for them to come out and they showed up on time both days. They were only there for about 5 hours each day, but that actually worked better for our schedule so it wasn't a problem for us. They showed us the work they did every day and upon completion and explained how everything worked. We have already noticed a big difference in the amount of moisture in the crawlspace and the sump pump has worked as planned.
Description of Work: Waterproofing crawlspace and treat mold; Install 3 inch drain tile into trench with a slope leading around and to new sump pump and crock, surround drain tile completely with pea gravel, weep holes drilled into bottom block to relieve pressure, 6 mil plastic across floor to act as vapor barrier, deodorize and deoxidize
