I had a really good experience. They sub-contracted the work and I was happy with the sub-contractors as well. They have changed hands since that time and I have not used the new owners for any service.

Everything turned out well. The technicians and scheduling turned out fine.

The service turned out okay. They were on time and they were very prompt. They were very neat with the work as well.

Everything was good. They are great painters. They were on time and they came and gave an estimate. They started when they said and they cleaned up after themselves. They gave me my choice of the paint and they even picked it up for me where I purchased it from. They were very professional to work with as well.

Steve West and his team are amazing! Everyone in the office and associated to the project has been wonderful. I set up an initial walk thru with Steve who brought along Chris from Sherwin Williams and also Chris his General Contractor / Project Manager. All of them walked thru the house with me as we discussed the scope for each room including colors, the best solution for light reflective values while being aware of the direction the home faces to maximize the amount of light a room receives naturally and with the use of interior lighting. Chris from Sherwin Williams deserves an award for his patience with me. I had decided in advance the color palette which is: Lemon Chiffon, Liquid Blue, Cucumber, Aviary Blue, Cherries Jubilee and two or three other custom colors in the green and gray family. The existing spaces were all in dire need of paint and have required in almost all rooms at least 3 coats because of the original darker colors and the fact that most of my colors are so much lighter. I did chance the scope two or three times, but Steve adjusted the pricing accordingly and it was really not a big deal. My advice, get several quotes from painters, I did and even though Certa Pro was just above average in pricing, I know they stand behind their work and will not rest until I'm happy. Karla, Stephanie and Javier who have been painting the interior of the home are clean, personable, extremely responsive and a bit OCD like me. I notice all the little things and especially straight lines or cut in marks that aren't completely perfect. They catch it, fix it and don't mind going over it again if I call it out again and again and again. I teased the team that I have a slight OCD tick, but it's true, I get caught up in all the little things like brush marks that go the wrong way, sideways or just not present at all or paint where it seems like there's holes on the wall where it's darker or lighter. I've been burned many times by painters who do half of what they say or quote and I'm very selective about providing reviews or feedback. As a consumer, this review is important to me and I personally want whoever reads this to use Certa Pro, you will not be disappointed. Steve and his team document every detail, we reviewed it several times to make sure all the details were captured. He and the team listen intentively and execute based on the agreement. Quite honestly, I couldn't be happier. I am seriously one of their biggest fans and I'm not kidding, if you've never used Certa Pro, you're seriously missing out on a great job very well done. I'm sure you've hired painters and they never show up or you're never sure when they're going to be done. With Certa Pro, we had a start date and an end date. Always on site by 7am or whatever time I'm sure you agree is acceptable and they left around 7pm or 8pm that night. They keep their supplies neat and tidy in a small interior spot, clean up after themselves and not messy at all.

Certapro did an excellent job painting, plus they were courteous and fast. It has been perhaps 3 years since we used them, so the rest of the details are lost to me. I thought highly enough of them to mention them just yesterday, however, when my husband and I were discussing his dad's house in another state.

Her team of three painters were punctual and phenomenally talented. Extremely difficult, complicated project was accomplished to perfection! Could not have been more pleased. Used others in the past and they could not begin to compare with the team Sherri Fox (sp?) has put together. These three men were entirely task oriented, pleasant yet focused on the work at hand. I cannot begin to tell you all the embellishments they painted in our formal dining salon with a finish that looked factory fresh. Bear in mind this was accomplished with high gloss paint, which reveals every defect. I have nothing but praise for Certa Pro if they perform the way Ms. Fox's team do. Not one drop of paint on our new Carrara marble floors. Not one drop of paint on our custom-designed (by me) lead crystal chandelier. You can imagine how tense I was about those two elements in that room. Oh, and the portico and garage door received the same flawless finish! Yes, these men came to work, get in, get done and get gone! Fine with me since we all like to resume our lives with no muss, no fuss. Will definitely be contracting with them again. My husband is an architect and I do interior design, as mentioned above. As far as we are concerned, there are NO other painters. I almost hesitate to praise them since they may get overbooked and I'll have to be patient when we're ready to proceed with future projects. Do not recall the date of the interior and exterior projects. Nor do I recall the price. I do remember they were in line with the competition so I gave them an average rating on price. But the quality of work was infinitely better so overall value was incomparable! If you care about your home, inside and out, you can do no better than Certa Pro. May they be blessed with success!

Beautiful work! Thorough estimate. Excellent detail and customer service. Steve West is very friendly,knowledgeable, and concerned with customer satisfaction. We expected CertaPro to be more expensive than independent companies, but they were hundreds of dollars cheaper and we feel that we were in the hands of courteous professionals. Estimate was performed on Saturday and the work completed by Thursday of the same week. Amazing turn-around, and they went above and beyond what was listed on the estimate. We would use them over and over and will be sure to call a CertaPro company first wherever we happen to be living in the future.

This was our second time using CertaPro after a positive experience with painting our entry way, and again the staff was courteous, efficient, and professional throughout the multiple-day project. The rooms look great, and we absolutely would use them again.
