With more than 30 years combined experience in the carpet cleaning industry, C.A.T.S. (Carpet and Tile Specialists) was formed to focus on superior service. We were all a part of the industry previously, so we know what you want and we can deliver it with more value!
Based on these experiences, which range from cleaning technician to operations management, we are confident we can exceed your expectations.
Michael Gault began his career in the cleaning industry in 1998. Within three years he climbed up the career ladder and worked as traveling support and technician trainer throughout the Northeast United States. Building upon this knowledge led Michael to his next position as General Manager of a million dollar franchise with over 15 employees in the Northern Alabama area. After Michael married the love of his life, Jessica, he decided on a career path change and a move back to the Central Kentucky area. In 2006, Michael founded Gault’s Lawn Care, Inc. in Lexington and is still owner/operator. Michael and Jessica are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, Karsyn.
Delbert Pierce began his career in 1994 working for a franchise in the Eastern KY area. Following his wife, Sandra, while she completed her education, Delbert transferred to Lexington. While working his way through corporate management, Delbert worked as a senior technician, a dispatcher, an assistant manager, as well as being an integral part of the safety team allowing him to become an extremely well rounded and knowledgeable employee. Focused on establishing and maintaining his clientele, Delbert always delivers superb service.
In 1998, Sandra Pierce moved from Eastern KY to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky. A part-time customer service position within the same company her husband was employed became open and Sandra landed the position. Loving the business and excelling in the field offered further opportunities for a full time position. Promoted from customer service to office management allowed Sandra new and exciting opportunities which enabled her to offer her customers excellent service. The promotion also came with the responsibility of managing a group of up to four customer service advisors and being an important part of the local safety team. Sandra and her husband had an opportunity to branch out on their own and to provide the service they knew was lacking with other cleaners. Thus, C.A.T.S. was formed.
