I had previously used Mr. Reed and Calumet Realty in purchasing a new home, but knew he also had several rental properties that he managed. I reached out to Mr. Reed to discuss rental options for my co-worker. He promptly called her and set up a time to show her an available property to rent. She also mentioned how easy and seamless the entire process was and enjoyed working with him.

Mr. Reed was excellent to work with. He was very professional, prompt and never wasted my time showing us houses. I would highly recommend and will use again if/when we purchase another home.
