Bryant Heating & Cooling realizes this, which is why we are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Because at Bryant Heating & Cooling, we aren’t comfortable unless you are. Choosing a home comfort system is a big decision, so knowing about the company that stands behind your heating and cooling systems is very important. Bryant Heating & Cooling has been your neighbor since 1940. We are family owned and operated and our family’s reputation is on the line every time we come see you. This means if for some reason you have a problem with our service, we really want to know about it because all of our work is 100% guaranteed. We are a full service heating and cooling company staffed by experienced, trained professionals. We can help with repair, cleaning (including duct work), remodeling, or new construction of your heating and cooling systems. Bryant Heating & Cooling is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer; however we service all brands of furnaces and air conditioning systems. We are licensed, insured and bonded and our technicians are factory certified. Our technicians are licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the North American Technician Excellence (NATE), which is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry. NATE is the only test supported by the entire industry.

Description of Work: I am writing without looking up invoices and cost estimates plus dates may be incorrect. One air conditioning unit was replaced by Bryant. When the unit wasn't working, we contacted them to learn that the unit has an internal leak and it will take upwards of $600 to try to find the leak to decide what to do next. We contacted another company through Angie's list and they replaced the unit saying that the replaced unit was new but a very old model. Since the unit leaked almost right after installation and no consideration was given to the fact that they just installed the unit, plus we were asked to pay to find a leak that probably existed in an early model, I will never use this company again.

This was not equipment we had installed for you. We also priced you for further repairs and gave you an estimate for new equipment in August. Description of Work: The old system finally gave out, we had been piecing it together for years. Bryant presented us with all our options including piecing it together one more time. We decided that we should get the system replaced since it was costing us so much money to patch it up time and time again. We are so pleased with the final outcome, even though it was an expense we didn't plan for this year. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Due to a cracked heat exchanger they installed a new furnace in spite of 11 inches of snow on our street when other HVAC companies wouldn't come because they thought they would get stuck in the snow. Bryant made sure we had a new furnace before the day was over because the temperature was forecast to reach 17 below zero. We were very pleased with the service.
