Description of Work: Routine maintenance on HVAC system and one system install

Description of Work: Replaced 2 gas furnaces, 1 heat pump and 1 coil.

Description of Work: They put in our new A/C & furnace. It took them most of a day to do the work with 2 techs.

Description of Work: They were very nice and did good work at a fair price, small repair to the outside condenser, will definitely use them again

Description of Work: The serviceman arrived within the scheduled time and found the problem within a few minutes. He checked the whole system and ran an analysis of the system. Replaced a part and I am cool and comfortable for under $250. Very professional and answered all my questions about the system.

Description of Work: Annual maintenance of 2 furnaces

Description of Work: Came to service furnace based on seasonal ad. Reported that the heat exchange was a mess, that whoever had last worked on the furnace had left a mess and had left a door off that could have caused some problems. Told there was a danger of carbon monoxide poisoning but because he was a good guy he was not going to shut off our gas. Recommended we turn the furnace on for only 15 minutes at a time to avoid poisoining. Said they could put in a new furnace for $3000. Planned to come the next day but we canceled to get a second opinion. Scheduled with another business. Two days later we had our regular plumber in for a repair and told him we probably needed a new furnace. He asked if we were told there was a problem with the heat exchange, and when we said yes, he said that is usually the story they tell. He recommended a friend who came that night, checked out the furnace and reported it was in very good shape and probably has another 15 years in it. He said our problem was the duct work was apart in many places. He showed us photos he had taken on his cell phone and showed us his repairs. Cost = $55.00.
