+ -1 moreUnit was not cooling and had been not cooling for several days. Placed a call on a Friday and received a return call Friday evening. This was during an extreme hot spell of plus 100 degrees for a week and a half. Promised to come out on a Saturday, which the owner and his son did. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Took extra time to patiently explain how the unit functioned and what was the likely area of refrigerant leak. Due to the cost of a new unit, suggested recharging the unit every several years in order to keep costs at a minimum. Very pleasantly surprised and pleased to find a reliable, honest HVAC company. I would have paid whatever the cost was and was shocked it was so reasonable.
Description of Work: Serviced geothermal a/c unit. Inspected for leaks and added refrigerant to enable the unit to cool.

+ -1 moreHe is a small company so it may take him longer to do work because he has less workers, but he is very neat and does many of the extra things that other big contractors wouldn't do, he was costly but I felt it was worth it. He was very personable and easy to talk to.
