I had used this company twice in the past about 10 years ago. They were hired to move a piano and an antique grandfather clock. They showed up late and instead of having a professional truck and trailer, they showed up in a wrecked van with a worn out trailer hitched to the back with some boards laid across it. I told them they weren't going to move the clock on that. They said they did it all the time. I tried to call my contact with the company and the number wouldn't go through. I called the main office and the woman who answered said she had told him not to do that and she would try and get in touch with him. I was then contacted by another company, Jones Piano Moving, who did that sort of thing and they said they could handle the move of the clock and the piano that night. Their quote was even less than Bright Side's. They showed up as promised. Bright Side is not the same company as it used to be. I wouldn't contact them again!
Description of Work: I did not end up using this company and would not contact them in the future. They were to pick up a grandfather clock at one location. Bring it to another location close by and drop it off. Pick up a piano at that same location and move it to yet another location.
