Description of Work: Replaced leaky pipes behind old tiled shower.

Description of Work: We had a few leaky faucets (one a pull-down diverter we couldn't get the parts for), and slow drains-- the usual stuff in an old house. So, I decided it made sense to have all of the plumbing inspected at the same time we had the little stuff fixed. We found Brady on Angie's list and the description of his services matched what we were looking for. He did the following: 1. Checked under the crawl space and said we had no problems there. 2. Checked all of the faucets and fixed the ones that were leaky except the kitchen sink one. He said that we needed a whole new faucet. (We will replace that when we replace the counter top and sink.) 3. Checked all the traps and said we needed a new one in one of the bathrooms. 4. Checked the washing machine cut-offs and hoses. Those were so old and corroded even I could tell they needed replacing, but I had never thought to look. 5. Checked the water heater. At 15 years old, he said we should consider replacing it as it was rusted on the bottom. We did that and during that process he found a leak in the pipes, so we replaced those. Replacing the water heater and repairing the pipes cost $875 total. All of the little stuff cost $190. I will use him again when we need any plumbing work done.

Description of Work: Have been having problem with Water heater popping off and flooding basement. First time I called Brady was there within an hour and stopped the problem. Had the same problem again and after reviewing the system he recommended some changes to solve the probem. Installed a new water heater, pressure reducer on system, and a gadget that equalizes the pressure. He also routed overflow to sump pump. Great job as always.

Description of Work: We have been using Brady for all of our plumbing projects for the past 20 years. Everything from hot water heaters, replacement of toilets (5 bathrooms in the duplex). Today's issue: a mysterious slow leak in the basement office ceiling.

Description of Work: Today Brady fixed a leaking shower faucet, but in the past he has fixed a number of plumbing problems in our duplex. He is a good steady and skilled worker, charges fairly for his work, and doesn't try to up-sell you on additional repairs; however, if he sees a problem coming, he will point it out. We trust him and highly recommend him.

Description of Work: My kitchen faucet was completely shot. and leaking all over the place. Gargage disposal was no longer working.

Description of Work: Brady replaced the toilets in all 3 bathrooms, has unclogged drains, and installed new faucets just to name a few things he has done for me.
