Bluegrass Radon Systems

Jeff and his crew did a great job detecting and removing the radon. I would recommend this company.

Bluegrass installed radon system following failed system installed by another company. The look and function of the Bluegrass system compared to the previous system is night and day. They give careful consideration of the design of the system to address source of the radon while minimizing impact on aesthetics to the home. After Bluegrass installed their system our radon levels finally were reduced to <4 pCi/L.

Jeff and crew did a great job on my house. The outlet pipe had fallen down in a storm and they came over and replaced it (as well as very old motor) and secured it right away. Because it looked like the system wasn't drawing well, they checked my house and found that the vapor barrier in the crawl space had fallen down and so area wasn't sealed. They proposed to replace it and we scheduled an appointment. My only complaint here was that all of a sudden Jeff had some big jobs come up and asked to move the appointment. For a time I didn't hear from him and wondered if they would come back or not. But when they did come back they did a great, fast job in the crawl space and the barrier looks great, very secure. Jeff suggested I do my own re-test first (which is free through the city) before having them do the expensive test. So I will do that. Good work, very fair prices for the labor involved, nice people to work with, explains things well and doesn't oversell.
