Blue Grass Home Entertainment, Inc. began doing business in Lexington, KY in August 1995. We have a Retail Store, Service Department & Integration/ Installation Department. Our showroom is set up to look more like a home or office (LifeStyle) & is over 8,000 square foot. We only use highly trained employees. Don't subcontract! Offer 6, 12, 18 & 24 months no-interest when available (due to manufacturer programs). BGHE is in BrandSource/ ProSource/ HES buying group & will match or beat any local competitor on the identical item. "So same price... Better support & service."

Amazing! Felt very comfortable have them I. My home. They were very professional 259
Description of Work: Hung TV above fireplace routed lines through the wall. Setup remotes and explained them. Cleaned space before leaving. Were very persoable. Came as a team.

They were very, very good people. They were supposed to call us to do some other work down here but they never did contact us. They were supposed to come but they didn't contact us. They were punctual. They were very professional. We would probably use them in the future.

I looked up this client & found we emailed him an estimate on May 27th, 2015. If we didn't follow up, that is a mistake/ error & we need to work on not making again. Not having been hired, we don't have any record past that estimate. We will attempt to contact this client in hopes to repair his views on us. We strive to have only have positive responses from all potential & existing clients. Update: Tried reaching Mr. [Member Name Removed] via email & phone a few times with no response. Sorry we didn't follow up faster. We will work harder to follow up with all estimates in the future.

Description of Work: In June 2009 BGE supplied, installed and calibrated home theater equipment. In Nov. 2009 BGE supplied additional Blu Ray DVD changer. In Aug. 2014 supplied voltage regulator / UPS for use in the theater. BGE has outstanding technical knowledge and knowledge of the current products available in the marketplace. I have continued to go back to them whenever I feel that they can help me. I would recommend BGE to anyone that has home theater, audio/video or security needs.

They were first rate. I spent quite a bit of money with them. They did a really good job. I dealt with Mark. I was pleased. I spent a considerable amount of money. It required a significant amount of technical skill and they did a good job. They were knowledgeable and they had a commanding knowledge of the devices and the technical aspects. They knew how to program them and make them work. I plan to use them again if I need to.
Description of Work: I used Bluegrass Home Entertainment to put in a home theater. They put the screen, projector and speakers. They hooked up all the electronic crap and ran all the wires. They came back and put in the seats. They installed the whole thing.
