+ -1 moreI was given a date that the work would be performed and they were on time and ready for business. Techs were professional and efficient with the replacement. They took the extra time to explain what the plan to replace the system would be, they made sure the areas they worked remained clean, and they showed me how to operate the system. Before leaving the offered me a plan to maintain the system on a yearly basis which includes changing filters among other items. I signed up even though the new Lennox unit is under warranty. The less I have to worry about the better.
Description of Work: I called on several companies to replace my HVAC unit that is leaking. Big *** Services took the time to inspect the unit to make sure the recommendation I received to replace it was accurate. After confirming they provided me with a quote to replace. The price was in line with the two other bids I received and I chose them because of my confidence in their employees.
