After missing each other on the phone Henry took initiative in coming to provide me when an estimate. He provided a window for the actual work to begin, and contacted me within 24 hours of starting as promised. The company arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner. The work done was excellent. Very happy with my dealings with this company, I would highly recommend!
