Not good the door they installed leaked from day one.There project manager Eric Reynolds told me to have roof installed over the door to take care of the problem

The man who comes out, his name is Joe. He was excellent. Very nice guy, he was very helpful. The crew who came who installed the windows, they were fast. They knew what needed to be done. They installed Pella windows and they were certified installers.

It was great. They got in an d out in two days.

It went well. They did a good job! They started when they said they would and finished in a timely manner, my mother is very pleased.

It went perfectly, I would use them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm going call them for another project.

It was great. We had 13 windows that needed replaced. They were here earlier than they said they would be and had all windows installed and the yard totally cleaned up after the end of the 1st day. they were very careful not to make a mess or do any damage to the inside of our home. They had all the inside work done the 1st day and came back the 2nd day to finish the outdoor work. They worked very efficiently as a team to get the job done.

It went real well, we're very satisfied.

I contacted Back Construction yesterday and Jason came to my house today. I had a garage issue that was preventing my door from working. Jason did an inspection. Diagnosed the problem then told the name of the garage door company to contact. He went further and gave me a ball park figure for how much this kind of repair should cost us. We absolutely appreciate his integrity, honesty and professionalism. We won't hesitate to give Back Construction specifically Jason, a call for our future home repairs.

The professionalism and quality of work were of the highest order. All workmen were respectful and on time. Once they began the process they stayed on it in a timely way, communicating every step along the way in terms of the work to be done. They are expensive. If I could afford the cost I would hire them in a heartbeat to complete other renovations I need to have done. I cannot say enough good things about what a pleasure they were to work with. I can truly say they are a company of integrity who stands behind their word.

Excellent. This project involved electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and drywallers. The project supervisor checked in and out with me each day the workers were here. There was never more than one day of no work being done. (Once the project started, the supervisor assured it was completed in a timely and efficient manner.) Each and every crew cleaned up after themselves very well on a daily basis before leaving. Each worker was friendly and had pleasant manners. The bid was not the cheapest, but this company made sure all the work was of top quality and up to code. We got what we paid for - professional quality and service.

Gave a very detailed description of everything he was going to do for me. He was very nice and professional.

They were professional and did very on all jobs. Cleaned up and were here when they said. Price is expensive but they do a nice job.

We decided to have Back install our Pella sliding woodclad Door as they are Pella Certified. We felt this is important to keep our warranty intact by Pella. First, it took forever to schedule the install 2 months. The first day onsite the men were very professional. However, no dust protection was used as promised and charged. The door has leaked on the subfloor multiple times. We have had to contact them multiple time to address this issue which still has not been resolved. They have not followed up to finish the project and want payment. They called my husband for payment stating it was past due and even though the project was not done its under warranty which means they will finish the project. They still need to fix the leak, and install the trim as written in the contract. They also over charged us for "unforeseen rot removal" that was already taken into account and charged on the initial contract. I feel because the project has lasted longer than the one day as scheduled they no longer care about our small project. I'm very disappointed in this reputable company. I'm considering adding on top of the back construction sign still standing in my yard DO NOT USE.

It took forever to reach the handyman department. When I did, they seems amazed at the request. When I asked for a general quote it was too high for the work. Never engaged them.

On time, professional, performed work per estimate

BACK Construction is not the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for. They did a great job, were fantastic with communication, and followed up after each repair to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. A Project Manager inspects work throughout the job and after completion, and provides updates. A+, and worth the money. I will use them again.

I was disgusted with the professionalism of the sales manager that I "worked with". When he came out for our scheduled appointment, he was in my home for less than 5 minutes, my one project that I wanted an estimate on he seemed annoyed that he had to think about what would need to be done. He continually told me that it would be expensive even though I never told him a budget for my projects. I specifically asked for a breakdown of cost for the projects because one was a wishlist item but the other definitely needed to be completed. When I got the estimate 4 days after it was promised to me, it did not provide a breakdown. I emailed back Joe, the sales manager, and asked for this. It was not until 19 days later when I emailed him again asking for that again that he sent that to me. The quote was reasonable but I am going to look for another contractor because if this is how a customer is treated before money is handed over, I can't imagine how bad it would be during the process.

Wasn't good, I am in the real estate business. I have a general idea of what the cost of things are. I'm not a sucker. I'll be sure to let clients know.

First let me say, this was a difficult job that many other contractors wouldn't even quote! The Back Construction team came out the same day I called, gave us an estimate and got the job done. They worked with material I was getting through the manufacture warranty process and did an excellent job. One of the glass panels was huge and in a vaulted ceiling area about 20' up. The new glass cracked while they were installing it. The Back guys called the foreman and they got a replacement glass and took care of everything. I usually like to do things myself so I know they are done right, but after using the Back construction team I can hang-up my tool belt and get my weekends back.

Far exceeded my expectations. Personnel were professional, prompt, clean. The job was completed in less time than estimated and therefore below estimated cost. The job supervisor followed up afterwards to ensure my satisfaction.

Everything went well. They were very thorough when inspecting the joists and drywall, they followed up with an estimate within the week, and they clearly explained what the job would entail. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.
